We design and fabricate all sizes of High-Density-Urethane (HDU) signs and plaques, from 6 inches to 20 feet wide, for both inside and outside locations. We use premium grade 20 lb/ft3 density Precision Board Plus, and our signs & plaques are 1.5 to 2 inches thick.
We can do 3-D bas-relief carving, 2.5-D flat and outline carving, or engraving with our 3-D CNC router/carvers.These can be multi-color painted with Matthews and 1-Shot paints, 24K gold and/or silver-leaf gilded, or coated with bronze, brass, copper, nickel-silver, aluminum, or stainless steel metal in a cold-casting proprietary technique. We clear-coat all our signs & plaques twice.
We also make and install custom steel and aluminum perimeter frames, backside reinforcement beams and plates, and side mounting bars for larger signs. For smaller signs we can provide aluminum and wrought iron scroll brackets, frames, posts, finials and bases. We ship anywhere in the USA, even very large signs.
