We design and fabricate large integrated monument signs from EPS Foam/Poly-Armor, High-Density-Urethane (HDU), HDPE, and Wood, in sizes from 4 feet to over 12 feet wide, for entrances to apartments, villages, stores, companies, hotels, and resorts, and sell these to retailers at wholesale prices. These monument signs are made from Extended Polystyrene Foam with a hard Poly-Armor shell (integrated and assembled unit), or Extended High-Density-Urethane (HDU), or premium Woods like Cedar, Redwood and Mahogany. The EPS monument signs can faux stone or brick facing on the base and pillars, and can have top arches with faux limestone faces.
We can use 3-D bas-relief carving, 2.5-D flat and outline carving, or engraving with our 3-D CNC router/carvers.We can cut separate letters and artwork, and make multi-layer monument signs for greater dimensionality. These can be multi-color painted with Matthews and 1-Shot paints, coated with bronze, brass, copper, nickel-silver, aluminum, or stainless steel metal, or for wood, stained in many shades. We clear-coat all our HDU and wood monument signs twice.
We also make and install custom steel and aluminum perimeter frames, backside reinforcement beams and plates, side mounting bars, and posts. We ship the entire monument sign as an easily assembled and installed kit anywhere in the USA. Normally, installation consdists of digging 2 or three holes, inserting posts, and filling the holes with concrete - no foundation is required.
