USAGE: Soft Plastic
This series is excellent for routing soft plastics. The ridges on the back of this series are scalloped out rather than flat. This pushes the soft plastic in such a way that the material's edge doesn't scallop in like is common when routing with a standard single-edge spiral. What you end up with is a smoother, more consistent edge in soft plastic.
